Catching up with Dead Beat Dads who live in another country
My Daughter's Father is Canadian. I'm from the US and we met in the US for a work project. That's where my daughter was conceived. I didn't put him on the birth certificate because he was married, from Canada and I was just happy to have a child at my age of 44. I regret my decision. He promised alot of things to me for my daughter but I've seen nothing. He calls, he asks about her but he hasn't stepped up to the plate. My daughter asks all the time about her dad. I'm struggling about how to keep her grounding thinking her dad doesn't care, which he doesn't or he would recognize her. Can I get paternity tests for someoone out of the country?
